《Mr.J频道》是台湾地区“中天娱乐”台由周杰伦、杜国璋、雪糕、小麦、乙黑绘理主持的全新综艺节目，2010年10月30日晚8点已首播。将于每周六晚8点播出，约70分钟。收视率不佳，现已停播。
　　《MR.J频道》将一周播出一次，主打内容是周董并不擅长的舞蹈，在业已录制完毕的两期节目里，林志玲和罗志祥两位当今华语歌坛的顶尖舞蹈歌手一一亮相，考虑到罗志祥和周杰伦之间因为买榜传闻以及双J恋而传出不和，罗志祥参与录制的一期更具卖点，所以很有可能被安排在首期播出。　对于跨界当主持人，周杰伦依旧显得信心满满。他表示，这两年随着对娱乐圈的深入了解，个人的谈吐和语言组织能力也有了长足的进步，对于主持这样一档节目，基本上不存在难度。而说到主持风格的问题，周董仍然很大牌地说自己有三不原则，不唱歌、不跳舞、不演戏，只是在节目中用语言进行表达，这样的方式基本上让自己减少了出糗的可能，却也有可能让节目本身看点降低。而当有记者抛出工作繁忙是否能保证每周录制节目时，周董也给自己留了台阶，他表示每周都会在节目中出现，但很多事情会交给他的主持人去完成。
　　在 《MR.J频道》的主持人群中，周董也充分发挥了一贯的 “帮己不帮贤”的风格。四位主持人，雪糕虽然作为舞蹈老师在圈内有一定的知名度，却没有太多的主持经验；小麦也是周董的编舞老师，同时是御用舞群成员，是不折不扣的“幕后人士”；阿杜是周杰伦的化妆师，而唯一的女生乙黑绘里也是周杰伦公司旗下艺人浪花兄弟MV的女主角，可谓是另一个J女郎。这几个人在一起的配合，虽说都还算是熟悉彼此，可以模拟工作环境，充分满足观众想了解天王私下生活的窥私欲望，但过分业余的主持经历，也让不少人担心谁能帮衬天王，将节目的娱乐性和可看性发挥到最佳境界。

Dimbleby attends the King's court to see what lessons the UK can draw from traditional African structures that promote harmony and reconciliation.
　　Jonathan discovers that the African brain drain is turning into a brain gain as economic opportunity and patriotism draw people home. Football unites Ghana like nothing else, superseding political and tribal divisions. There is a rich seam of young football talent on the continent in the year that the World Cup is hosted by an African nation for the first time.
　　In Lagos, Nigeria's business capital, Jonathan Dimbleby sees a different take on a city that is often depicted as a hotbed of violence, crime and corruption.
