影片讲述了遭受过情感伤痛的俊枫(朱永棠饰)非常怀念曾经与女友玥曦(李乐儿饰)一起度过的时光，于是来到一家VR体验馆，想要从虚拟中找回曾经。玥曦作为虚拟人物，本不该对人类产生情感，但在与俊枫的接触中，玥曦逐渐对俊枫萌生爱意，两人坠入情网。作为惩罚，玥曦被公司删除记忆，俊枫在虚拟环境中悲痛欲绝坠楼身亡。但故事并没有就此结束，策划这场爱情悲剧的幕后黑手，正酝酿着更大的阴谋。。。
