Mike Locken is one of the principal members of a group of freelance spies. A significant portion of their work is for the C.I.A. and while on a case for them, one of his friends turns on him and shoots him in the elbow and knee. His assignment, to protect someone, goes down in flames. He is nearly crippled, but with braces is able to again become mobile. For revenge as much as anything else, Mike goes after his ex-friend.
警察阿猫（周润发 饰）于枪枝交易现场发现了一具女尸，跟一个小女孩加加。为了能顺利破案，他找到了死者妹妹阿雪（钟楚红 饰），刚开始阿雪对阿猫有莫明的恐惧，拒绝配合阿猫的工作，但后来见阿猫对加加的细心照顾，慢慢对他有了好感。此时阿雪的前夫阿良回来要求阿雪与他复婚，因为阿雪已经爱上了阿猫，便拒绝了阿良的要求。 一天，阿猫遇到了头晕军火的匪徒，双方激战后阿猫逮捕了他们，受了重伤的阿猫幸好得到了阿雪的照顾，两人感情加深。阿良竟然住进了阿雪的家里，偷运军火的人也盯上了阿猫。刚到阿雪家，阿猫便受到了阿良的袭击，两人打斗之时，暴徒也追赶了上来……
阿民（郑宇成 饰）和焕奎（林昌丁 饰）不打不相识，两人成为了无话不谈的好兄弟。之后，阿民结识了美丽的露美（高小英 饰），和好友泰铢一起，几个年轻人无所事事的打发着看似无穷无尽的时光。 朋友的自杀让露美背负上了沉重的罪恶感就此销声匿迹，而好斗的泰铢则进入了暴力组织犯下罪行锒铛入狱，剩下阿民和焕奎，两人决定开一家快餐店。一切都在按部就班的进行着，就在此时，已经成为黑帮地头蛇的泰铢再度出现在了阿民的面前，与此同时，改头换面的露美也现了身，旧友重逢，在喜悦的背后却有着淡淡的哀愁和陌生。画风急转直下，焕奎入狱，泰铢丧生，悲愤的阿民决定为泰铢报仇。
Two men and a woman circle the globe in a satellite armed with a nuclear device. The third world war breaks out, and a few months later the satellite crashes. They survive the crash but one man gets killed by survivors and the other man gets caught. The woman stays by the remains of the the satellite but is soon caught by evil punks who have taken power.
