　　在旅行社工作的阳子患有内分泌失调症，因而常常出现有别于常人的情绪和行为，甚至会无缘无故地走失。同事和上司也发现她的异常，但岛津对她依旧钟爱，并尽力保护她，使她免受现实残酷的压力。在柳川之旅，夫妇俩人故地重游，然而，阳子的病症越来越严重，岛津最终未能留住心爱的阳子。

影片通过剧中剧的表现手法，展现了群主老黑克服种种困难拍摄网大电影的故事。他在演员缺乏的情况下亲自扮演主角来完成这部影片，讲述了这么一个故事：背包客老黑在外旅游遇到经费困难而向路人求助，得到一位素不相识的向日葵姑娘帮助下而回到了家乡，为了表示感谢与信守求助承诺，从而引出了一段老黑前往深圳寻找向日葵表达感恩的故事。虽然老黑最终与向日葵没有见到面，但被向日葵的大爱之心所感动，按照向日葵的要求愿意回去把爱心传递下去......
